This is one very original and beautiful "Máscara de Vejigante". People can make their own masks. It is very easy to make! When I was like in the 3rd grade, I believe that I try to make one for my Spanish class or History/Social Studies class.

Today's Topic is Puerto Rican Recipe: Our Friying Foods, that are very typical for Puerto Ricans to eat near the beaches of Puerto Rico. "Sorrullitos" are corn flour elongated rolls, and sometimes if you want you can put cheese inside of them, and to accompany them you can make the sauce "mayo-ketchup", maybe you have figure it out that "mayo-ketchup" sauce is a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup, this is used for dipping. These "Sorrullitos" are often eaten in close huts near the beach. This is the link to a pretty picture of how a "Sorrullitos" looks like.

Puerto Rico's Map

This is the map that shows you all 78 towns, the Capital of Puerto Rico is San Juan. My hometown is Mayaguez, that it is located aon the West coast of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is located in the Caribbean Sea.  Fun Fact of Puerto Rico: San Juan, the capital is only attached to Puerto Rico by a bridge. Culebra and Vieques are two small islands that are Puerto Rican territory.
